Non-Renaissance Pigeon Post
While avoiding some class-planning today, I stumbled across this picture of my old friend Amos celebrating a public art project he's done in Toronto called the Pigeon Condo. It made me very happy, so I've decided to post it here, despite its relative lack of Renaissance applicability. You can find out more about the Pigeon Condo here. |

What do you mean irrelevant? The pigeon condo strikes me as a direct response to the woodcut featured in the latest BtR contest.

It also seems to bear some connection to early modern carnivalesque resistance to enclosure.

Pigeon Condo + that guy from the woodcut... not a pretty combination.
