DOJ on BtR

We just had a visitor to Blogging the Renaissance who arrived via a Google search for "historical importance 'ship money case.'" On the first page of results pops up Simplicius's post on Caroline analogues of John Yoo--specifically his comment here. Our visitor's domain: usdoj.gov. Yes, that's the Department of Justice.
